Making Clans Empty Making Clans

If you want a specific clan, PM me and I'll make it for you. If you are an Admin, then you can do that, but if you are just a member or a mod (I'm not sure if mods can access the Administration Panel or not) then you can PM me about what the clan is, and then I'll let you make it yourself. But if it's just a topic in the clan, then anybody can make that.
